Refund and Returns Policy

At Painter & Partners, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality painting services and complete customer satisfaction. While our work is guaranteed to meet the highest standards, this policy outlines our approach to refunds and service adjustments.

 

Deposit & Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your project booking. This covers initial planning, site assessment, and scheduling.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job, after your final inspection and approval.
 

Refund Eligibility

Due to the customized nature of our services, full refunds are not provided once work has commenced. However, we offer the following:

  • Pre-Service Cancellation: If you cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled start date, the deposit may be partially refunded (minus administrative fees). Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
  • Service Quality Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the work, we will inspect the concern and correct any issues at no additional cost. Our goal is 100% satisfaction.
 

No-Refund Exceptions

  • Materials ordered and prepared for your project (paint, primers, specialty finishes) are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Custom color mixing or surface preparation work already completed is not eligible for refund.
 

Resolution Process

If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 14 days of project completion. We will respond within 48 hours and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
